"This hotel is terrible , towel rack broken , toilet clogged, room very dirty, mirror inside the washroom & in the the bedroom as well
The Spool water coloured green !!! Im sure its full if algae I was wodering if they passed the Health inspection
I came in 15 minutes before check in time & the receptionist dont allowed me to check in so I told her I am hotelier & we allowed early check in even as early as noon if the room is ready
No matter how cheap or expensive or STAR of the hotel...

"A wonderful place to stay. Clean rooms, staffs are amazing especially Ms Lourdes who always assist and accommodate us what we need like airport shuttle, activity package etc. Place is near to the beach, small shops, restaurants & ebikes are near by. "

"The hotel was conveniently located 5 mins away from the beach, a minute away from Dmall and all the shops. It s still under construction so you can hear some hammering in the morning. But still a very affordable rate."
