Check in was easy. I arrived after an overnight flight and was able to check in at 9 am. Much appreciated. During my stay I had questions about telephone messages, wifi internet access extra towels and late check out. All questions were dealt with quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner.
I stayed for one nights at Radius International Hotel with my 3 of friends. I search it from expedia.com and it's my first time online booking. It's very comfortable hotel, friendly staff and awesome night view. However all my friends and myself like this Hotel as well.

This hotel was very disappointing. It was not clean enough. The room was tiny and bar noise from neighbouring businesses kept us awake into the early hours of the morning. It was a very disappointing experience.
Room was clean. Although there were reviewers who commented about the shower area and toilet being at the same place, the wet floor dried up very fast, so it didnt matter much to me. We did have a little problem looking for the hotel entrance through as there were road works aroud the area and it was a little confusing. Other than that, the hotel, being new is gd.
a) 5 mins walk straight ahead is Times Square; b) right in front is Low Yat plaza which I could get updates on latest maps for my GPS; c) right beside there is an Internet cafe which I can check-in early for my flight back & also print the boarding passes (RM0.50 per piece, can't remb how much per 1/2 hr for using the com); d) another 5 to 10 mins walk adjacent straight is pavilion (there is a lot of construction works for the MRT along the road). Despite all those gd points, I've an unpleasant experience with the front desk. We checked-in at around 11am. Thereafter went out for lunch & some shopping. When we came back to our room (we booked 2 rooms with an extra bed in 1 of the room) around 6pm, the extra bed was missing. Called the front desk & instead of apologizing on their mistakes, the manager (which is a lady) informed me that I've made a mistakes & entered the wrong room! It was such a ridiculous explanation which I told them that it was their colleague who configured the room key. If I've entered the wrong room, by right The hotel key could not be able to open the room door in the 1st place. When I went down to the front desk to complain the next morning, the bell boy (Mr. Peter) was also puzzled on how could this happened as he have brought our luggage to the rooms. Other then this incident, all the hotel staff I've come across (from the security guards, bell boy, front desk (morning shift) are all very friendly and courteous! Will stay in this hotel again!
