"Had booked two night stay via Expedia. Called property day before our stay to advise them we would not be there for first night. Gentleman said he would make a note. Arrived there to check in for our second night and persons said there was no reservation and blamed Expedia. Said they were booked and no room for us. Didn’t offer to try and find us a room at one of their sister properties in the area. Horrible customer service. I have multiple stays booked there for the fall season and will be cancelling those."

"We had booked a handicap assessable room as I use a wheelchair. I had surgery that day with both an incision on my back and on my abdomen. We were not given our requested room.
