"My family used to love to stayed at this hotel, I haven’t come for a long time. We stayed at this hotel this time for our mom memory , she loved this hotel . It’s disappointing to see our family favorite hotel looks more ran down. Staff at the front desk not friendly, doesn’t feel welcoming. I booked 4 rooms. When we checked out, one of the room missed one key card , we get charged 200 baht. We travel so often , but for sure we are not coming back."
