Very very nice hotel, staff were helpful and polite. My partner and i loved our room and service with our mini fridge replenished everyday. Its not located to far from anything 15-20 minute train ride. The MTR is just around the corner.
I would recommend anyone that wants a luxurious stay at a good price. Great job guys, keep up the work

As soon as you enter the lobby you get the vibe for this hotel. Modern and hip is the theme they are going for and they pull it off quite nicely. These are apartment hotels with the lower level units rented out as apartments and the upper units rented on a nightly basis. The city night views are spectacular! The rooms have everything you need and come with a stocked refrigerator of beer, sodas, juices, and water at no extra charge. You also receive a free goodies bag with snacks and a tote bag. The wireless in the hotel is free and works well. They also give you access to a citywide WiFi service at no extra charge. Hotel is very clean, the gym was simple, but nice for cardio. The free breakfast is basic, but all I needed to start my day. The Happy hour is a nice added touch which is also free of charge.
The hotel location is close to an MTR stop so Kowloon access is pretty good. Getting a Taxi can be a little more difficult since it is not a large hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if your travels take you to this area

When we arrived we were dissapointed to have received the wrong room. We had two twins instead of one double. The front desk initially told me there was nothing they could do about it. I came back with proof that my Expedia booking said a double room (which has a single bed pictured). They found a room with a king bed for us. I am very thankful they pulled through as I am on my honeymoon, twin beds on a honeymoon would have been terrible. I'm not sure whether the problem was on the Hotel's or Expedia's end.

"Splendid views and good choice of eateries........"
After a 2-week tour in mainland China we felt we shouldn't miss the splendours of Hong Kong; we had booked way before the current democracy protests started & chose the Metropark Causeway Bay as it was near enough to Central via tram/Metro but not too much surrounded by high rises so that there would be no views. We requested harbour view and our room did indeed have one - from 17th floor! Beds were kingsize and comfortable and although room on small side we were pleased to note the complimentary plate of fruit and biscuits on arrival - replenished after consumption!
Voucher for 1 complimentary drink each (for use in hotel's bar (Vic's) on 2nd floor) were also welcome, though we chose not to return as so many other (& cheaper!) options in immediate vicinity. (especially Tin Hau Food Square)
If you want to take breakfast in the hotel there is a large dining room with plentiful quantities of both "Western" and Chinese fare - the usual self - service arrangement. Unless you are desperate for the "full English breakfast experience" it would probably be cheaper to take advantage of one of the diners a couple of doors away if you turn left or Starbucks in the other direction!
Both trams and Metro (Tin Hau station) are easily accessible - we used both - and lobby staff were extremely helpful in pointing us in the directions we needed!
Although we are not planning to return ourselves to HK, we would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks us.

Normal check in time is after 2 pm. Our flight arrival time is around 6 am in the morning. We intended to leave the luggage in the hotel till 2 pm. The hotel happened to have a room ready for checked in. We were offered to move in around 6 am. It is well appreciated. Adding to that, the room happened to be facing the sea. Our booking was mountain view.
The shuttle service was well organized too. When I wanted to go to the MTR Tuen Wen west railway station I just need to walk down the slope and crossover to the other side of the road in less than 10 minutes. Very convenient.
I surely will recommend to my friends.

Having seen the big signage of V Hotel on our annual visits to HK, we decided to give a try at this hotel this year despite its close proximity to Yee Wo Street. It was a concern that the noise level from the busy street would disturb our sleep through the night.
However, we upgraded our room to Executive and found the size to be comfortable and being away from the street facing, was in fact, very peaceful sleep to enjoy the whole duration of our stay. The room was always tidy and clean by the time we came back from an exhausting day. Kudos to housekeeping for their prompt action to my complaint that the shower head and sink needed fixing.
Thank you for making our trip a wonderful one this year!
