"Excellent home to stay in San Miguel. The rooftop views are amazing. The heated pool at the patio was great, and the house is just a quick trip into Centro. There are free shuttles in the community that can take you to the center and back which was very convenient for us. The community is quiet and there's always security. It's a great option to visit San Miguel. The HOLT staff was always responsive and very professional. I would definitely come back."

"The boarding pass or checkin process is pretty great. It’s robust and full of information. However once you’re in you can forget about customer service. I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored. The remotes did not have batteries. One of the TV’s wasn’t working and I was left to figure things out entirely on my own. The main bedroom shower drain is clogged. It’s pretty gross showering with feet submerged in used soapy water tha should just drain....
