“"Incredible staff, fantastic room"”
From front desk, to the shuttle drivers and the morning breakfast lady, the staff far exceeded expectations. We had a very spacious room with luxurious bedding, large flatscreen TV, free wireless. Full hot breakfast. The room had been renovated, was very large, had a table to work at, and a refrigerator and microwave. The bed and bedding was like no other airport hotel I have seen--excellent. There are several airport hotels to choose from, but I followed the other reviewers and went with this one. The hallways are a little tired, but the staff and the room and big breakfast make it easy to overlook the hallway. Thanks to the staff--you are great.
“Satisfied and very comfortable”
My only problem was that there was no hot water one night when there was a great deal of teenagers there. The water did recover but I made a point of taking my shower earlier the next night without a problem. Otherwise I had a very pleasant stay.
“RECOMMEND HIGHLY”
This is the first trip I have taken to NY and I was able to take my cocker spaniel dog with me.The Hotel was great and located in the area of plenty of shopping and even order room service at 9:00 pm at night everything was perfect.I will be returning for April vacation week .

“Perfect Overnight Quarters”
Overall very satisfied with hotel stay. In room menu was not up-to-date, but service was fine in dining room despite a slightly different selection on actual menu.

We were very impressed with the Hotel. Would of loved to stayed longer than just over night. The "hot breakfast" was fantastic.

Pleasant stay. Indoor pool was nice feature. Within walking distance of other resturants. Hotel is in the process of remodel of upstairs rooms. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
“Excellent Hotel !!!”
The hotel is great, very clean, modern and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered free wifi in the guestroom which was a great complement. The free parking was also very helpful. The hotel is located in this main road with plenty of restaurants, fast food places and a big mall. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I am back in Albany.
