“very nice stay for the price”
The hotel staff were wonderful and helpful with local travel tips, and even helped us order take out from a nearby restaurant when we got back too late from the show for their dining room.

Very pleasant experience. Close to everything. Great location. Never tried Expedia before. Right on with review. Only negative on hotel, wish owners would update.

I (We) have stayed at this hotel several times in past two years and would recommend it to all. Their complementary breakfast choices are quite good. Rooms are very clean and rooms are cleaned thoroughly for those staying several days at a time as we usually do.

Our room was spacious and clean although the view from the room was less than ideal (rooftops of adjacent buildings. Nevertheless, the location was great for viewing the capitol area and daily hotel breakfast was great. Employees in both the hotel and diningroom were very pleasant and accommodating.

Very pleased with our choice of this hotel. Visited our son who is living in Albany and would stay here again. The staff was all very pleasant and helpful. Large room with many amenities and an excellent free breakfast was also included.
“Another nice one as expected”
Arrived around midnight to find that hotel did not receive any booking instruction from expedia.ca I printed booking confirmation email from hotel's internet service and hotel staff quickly made a few phone calls and my room was all set within half an hour. Complimentary breakfast was nice and room is clean and comfortable.

Breakfast area was larger than most and continued to 10:00 am. the rooms were clean and the service was good. getting a full breakfast and clean rooms - well worth the price.

I went to visit my son who is attending Univ. of Albany for the weekend. The hotel is right across the street from the college and I was pleasantly surprised! Was a little outdated but was clean and the bed was very comfortable! My daughter LOVED the indoor pool.
