“Great hotel!”
the staff were great! The only problem: there is not safe-deposit box in the room (just in the reception)
“Nice, modern hotel”
I enjoyed my stay with Cresthill. Everything was as advertised so I consider it to be a great value to anyone staying in Albany.
“Great place close to university”
The hotel was much nicer than I really expected. Room had small kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher and stove. The room was clean and nicely furnished. breakfast was better than many with sausage, several kinds of bread, juices, cereal fruit, and waffles. I did not get a chance to use the pool or any of the other amenities.

The hotel was very nice and in a great location. Everyone there was very friendly. We would definitely stay there again if the need arose.
“Nice hotel for long stay”
Very satisfied with the hotel. Nice kitchen, free laundry, free shuttle from 8-5, free continental breakfast, and happy hour Minday-Thursday if you want. Free Internet, but very slow connection and frequent disconnection. The location is not good if you are looking for dining places within walking distance. The only places to eat within walking distance are Dunkin Donut and a Gas station with Subway and Pizza.
“Comfortable hotel”
I have stayed at this hotel several times. I appreciate the "apartment like" atmosphere. The "happy hour" meal is simple and convenient.
“Will stay again”
This hotel was excellent, feels like home. We had stayed somewhere else the night prior and it was horribe so we changed our reservation to stay here, it was the best decision ever!! Very clean, smelled nice and quiet. Definately great price for what they have to offer.
“My second visit of many”
This was my second visit - perfect location. I appreciate the suite atmosphere and the full kitchen facilities. The room appears more like a small apartment than a hotel. A fridge with icemaker, microwave, stove, sink, dishwasher, dishes, glassware and silverware etc. Everything was clean smelling and comfortable. Rates are an excellent value. Breakfast service includes plates and silverware - not plastic and paper - a nice touch missing from more expensive hotels in the area. TV with a VCR is a nice touch - perhaps a DVD?
“Spring Travel”
Went due to job requirement but turned a pleasant stay into a mini-vacation. Suite stay was exceptional and inexpensive considering all the amenities.
