Our stay at Brittania was outstanding. We weren't looking for a spa atmosphere, golf course or fancy restaurant. We wanted a "home" feel and we got what we wanted. The B&B was cozy, clean and the staff (owners) were very gracious. They provided a wonderful breakfast every day we were there. They were also willing to provide information about sightseeing, restaurants, etc. Their restaurant recommendations were spot on. If we were to return to Albuquerque this would be our first choice for lodging.

“Excellent B&B in Albuquerque, NM”

I had a great time during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, attractive, and in excellent condition. I would have given it straight 5's, but I have downgraded it by 1 point for a reason that may be peculiar to me. I like to be able to keep a room completely dark, and the window shades in my room were not sufficient to do this. The city lights in downtown Albuquerque were a bit bright for my taste during the night. The hotel is conveniently located only a few blocks from the convention center and other central downtown facilities. It is also within walking distance (a long walk, though) from Albuquerque's "old town." In addition to breakfast, they also host a wine and cheese hour every afternoon, and provide snacks and bottled water 24/7. The staff at this B&B was exceptionally friendly and helpful as well. The breakfasts were delicious, and they happily provided recipes at no charge. They also provided maps of the surrounding area, and excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. I had a back problem while I was there, and they happily replaced my desk chair with a different one that had a different style back. All in all, I had a great stay. I look forward to my next trip to Albuquerque.

“Perfect for a business traveler.”

This lovely B&B is right in the middle of downtown Albuquerque. It is more like an inn that someone else's home. The host was unobtrusive and pleasant - there if you need something but not trying to spend time getting to know you - inlike some B&Bs where the guest can feel obligated to entertain the host. We drove the quick 1hr to Santa Fe for dinner. What a lovely treat for a tiring work day!

“Best value in Albuquerque”

The above title says it all. Innkeeper was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and very well maintained. The wine and cheese offered late in the afternoon in the common area was an excellent way of meeting fellow guests. The southwest style breakfast was first rate. My wife and I enjoyed are stay here!

“A wonderful place to stay and relax!”

We loved the B & B. The owner/innkeeper was wonderful and very accomodating. The place was beautiful and the food was great. The atmosphere was great. The guide book they had put together and left in our room was extremely helpful. We used it travel around in town and find a great restaurant that was recommended in it. You could tell that there was a lot of care taken to meet the individual needs of each guest.

It was as nice as I had hoped. It's a beautiful,clean and well kept old house. Tammy and staff were great. I just loved the fresh baked cookies. I hope we get to stay there again.
