"We have been coming to this property since our honeymoon 37 years ago. Very disappointed this year that the outdoor bar and grill is now 'garden' style where you have to go to the counter and order your own food and drinks. No more servers waiting on us. Even though we had to go up to put our orders in, the bar area was understaffed. The Loft was closed when we were there, the Chophouse was not open Sunday evening, the water park was closed. The rooms were clean. Of course, the location is perfect! We rented a pontoon and the guy at the marina was very helpful. The pontoon did have some of the canopy broken but it worked ok. We used both pools which were nice. We swam at the beach....watch out for the geese! Lots of goose droppings but no staff to clean it up. Some garbage was on the grounds below our room and no one cleaned it up the entire time we were there. Whole place seemed understaffed."
