“Luz adventure”

As a result of late evening arrival (via Easyjet from Southend) we did not check-in till 22.00. We were greeted with good humour, and check-in was smooth and uneventful. Car parking was safe and secure in an underground parking area. Room was very good, with generous space and facilities. On getting-up next day, we discovered that we had a balcony with fantastic views of the gardens, pool and sea. On looking around, it appeared that every other balcony had similar views. Staff were very friendly, and all spoke impeccable English. Service was really good, with very attentive staff. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the town, with an easy and very safe route.
