“Absolutely perfect”
The Pine Cliffs resort is absolutely fabulous. Everything is just perfect. It is a beautiful setting, the facilities are plentiful,grounds are wonderful and the view out to sea are stunning. We stayed in a 3 bedroom townhouse and it was excellent. There are 2 downsides to this resort; a) It's an isolated location which means you always have to take the car to go anywhere, which isn't ideal in the evening if you want to have a drink. b) Everything at the hotel costs an absolute fortune, which is a shame because it discourages you from doing activiites or using the facilities.
“Relaxing Weekend”
This was 1st time for us at the Pine Cliff Resort and we did not know anout the resort so we have booked a townhouse. After checking in we found out that the townhouse, after 17-20 years, was old and did not met our expectation. We immediately spoke with the front desk, a gentlement (Carlos) was very helpful and he understand our needs and offered us several options to change and at the end we moved to the Residential apartment, which was very nice. After these activities we could relaxed and enjoyed our stay at the Pine Cliff Resort. Special thank you to the hotel staffs for their great supports and especially Mr. Carlos and Mr. Marcelo. Both persons have contributed to our pleasant stay.
“Pine Cliffs”
The amenities at the hotel looked fantastic but unfortunately few of them were open. this is to be expected when travelling out of season however it is hard to rate on the basis of these amenities if they are off limits: eg Porto Pirata, heated pools, 11/13 restaurants were all closed. We also had to explain to the staff that our booking had included breakfast each morning and in the end had to produce an email from Expedia proving that we'd booked on that basis. not very welcoming start to the morning.
