“Fantastic Stay, excellent hotel”

fantastic holiday great location got put in the tower only cos i asked so if your going there make sure you ask to go in tower.the breakfasts was great evening meal not bad
“Beautiful Hotel, Really Can't Wait To Go Back”
me and my fiance went there for a week break and we enjoyed the stay. we phoned before we went and asked to be put in the new hotel and we had a fantastic sea view which was just beautiful. i would definately recommend this hotel to anyone. we'll definately be going back again as everything was that good and we both can't fault the hotel. we found the hotel staff quite helpful even though they didn't speak english that much. we did get a bit bored of the food in the evening but there's little restaurants everywhere so we were still sorted out. we would recommend to buy your drinks from the supermarket across the road as it end up costing you less on drinks during your trip.
“Great Hotel”
Gran Hotel Bali was a great place to stay. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Food good, room good, staff good...etc. The beach was only a five minute walk. The beach is beautiful and the weather was 35+ the whole time. If you are going to visit Benidorm, this is the place to stay.
“Excellent accommodation”
I have heard people say that the food at the Bali was not good. Considering they run a buffet style service and is one of the biggest hotels around, I found the food to be of a high standard. There is enough choice to make a good meal for even the pickiest of people. A great hotel!
“Good value for an excellent well positioned hotel with fantastic views.”
The Gran Hotel Bali is between Cala Poniente and Cala Finestrat in Benidorm, and it is easy to drive straight up to Terra Mitica from there. It has access to 2 excellent beaches within 5 minutes walk, and has fantastic entertainment. It has 2 restaurants and 2 cafeteria and we ate where the food is served buffet style, which suited us. There are 2 buildings, one of which is a very high tower, with fantastic views over Benidorm and down the coast in the other direction. We think it is good value for money and would not go anywhere else, though have only been on short visits there.
“Comfortable and good value for money”
We read the reviews on this hotel before we left and expected to be staying in the Spanish equivalent of faulty towers! However, we were pleasantly surpised.....the hotel although not luxurious was of a comfortable standard. The main areas were spacious and the rooms clean and tidy. We stayed on a half board basis which was good value - the quality of the food was more 3 star than 4, but nevertheless plentiful and varied. The staff whom we had expected to be rude were polite and helpful. The only disappointing aspect of the hotel was the pool area which we found a bit barren. However, the hotel is only moments from a wonderful beach. If you expect the hotel to provide entertainment, then you will be disappointed. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but only a bus or taxi ride or 30 minute brisk walk away from the night life and shops of the Levante area. If you want to avoid stag and hen parties, this part of Benidorm and the Gran Bali is for you. As would be expected of any hotel drinks are relatively expensive compared to local bars, but no worse than any large 4 star hotel in the UK. However, there are a number of bars and restuarants closeby where you can eat and drink at reasonable prices. I would definitely go back to Benidorm and the Gran Bali again and recommend it to my friends and family. However, this hotel is unlikely to be your cup of tea if you want to be entertained and at the heart of Benidorm nightlife.
“Impressive hotel”
We stayed in the Gran Bali for 6 nights having got excellent value for money at short notice. Like other clients who had reviewed the hotel before us, we were allocated a room in the annexe, and although I asked for accommodation in the tower, my request was refused, even tho the hotel was far from full. Again from previous reviews, I recognised Miss Misery on duty in reception, but the staff we dealt with were pleasant. However we had no complaints about the hotel, the staff, or the food. The only negative point would be that because the place is so big, it becomes less personal. The location was excellent - beside the bus stop, a supermarket and a great little tapas bar - The Diveya. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who prefers not to be in the centre of town.
“Great hotel would visit again”
Nice clean hotel, food was nice with a large selection of dishes. Staff could be a bit happier. The only downside was the entertainment, for a 4 star hotel you would expect better quality of entertainment. Weather was good for April although very windy and the pools and sea are very cold. I would go back in Sept/Aug for the warmer waters.
“pretty good hotel”
the hotel was generally very clean,while we were there it was quite windy and the furniture around the pool was blown into the pools and some remained there for two days. The food was varied and to an excellent standard and the breakfast included bacon eggs sausage ect.
