“Exceeded my expectation as to room size and quality”
Good breakfast, Large,modern room.
“Fabulous Little Hotel”
We very much enjoyed our two night stay at The Holiday Inn Express in Allen, Texas. Our room was huge, a queen suite, with two flat screen TVs, a sitting area so my parents could visit and a spacious bath with a big jetted tub. They also provided a cocktail hour the two nights we were there and a full, complimentary breakfast in the morning. The business center, with two computers available, was much appreciated.
“Excellent accomodations”
The Staff was very friendly, and the rooms was more than I expected. Very pleased to see that this chain goes above the normal standard for Handicap Accessability. The Beds were not too soft, and not too hard, which is common at most hotels these days. Also, the safes in the room was a pleasant surprize. We will definately stay in this hotel, and will consider this chain when travelling to other parts of the country.
“Beautiful place & people”
The staff people were so nice and helpful. During our four nights stay, we never met an employee that wasn't willing and ready to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. The decor made it seem like a very exclusive hotel, but at a very reasonable price.

Good access to highways. Close to huge outlet mall and tons of eating places. Decent standard breakfast so you dont waste time outside. Outdoor pool/jacuzzi in good shape. Good, clean rooms.
“Nice Place To Stay”
Very convenient location for visiting family in Plano and McKinney. The room was much nicer than we expected, more like a luxury hotel. The breakfast was an excellent addition. The only downside is that the hotel is new the highway which creates a lot of noise. Also, our room was on the side near the dumpsters which were loudly emptied very early in the morning. We will definately stay here again.
“Great stay”
It is a very new and clean hotel. The comp breakfast is great. The rooms are comfy, and have wi-fi and flat screen TV's. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Allen Texas area.

“It was nice, not what I asked for, but nice.”
I reserved a room with a king sized bed and when I arrived there was not one available because the air conditioner was out. So I had to take a room with two queen beds. That was a bit uncomfortable, because a bigger bed was what we wanted and needed. But, overall, it was ok. The hotel was very clean and the fragrance in the foyer and hallways was pleasant. I would stay again but I'd have to be guaranteed that I'm getting the bed that I reserve.
