“one night stay in Amarillo”

It was just what we needed for the price. The beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was quite good.

“More than worth the money!!!!!!!!”

My husband and I stayed at the Super 8 Motel in Amarillo Texas. The room was larger than we expected. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels. We were surprised to see that the room had a safe, refrigerator, and coffee maker. This was a pleasant experience and the next time we come back to Amarillo, we will definitely be staying here again. Oh, the price was great too!!!!!!!

“Will definetly go back”

Everyone was kind and helpful. Room was very clean and everything in it worked. Breakfast and coffee in lobby was nice to wake up to. Had a really good time in Amarillo and will go again and stay here also. We had my mom and her sister along with my sister and her husband with us also and they were pleased with their rooms as well. They accomodated us so we could all be together and not scattered around the hotel.

“Quick Stop”

A pleasant surprise. Arrived after midnight (long driving day) to find staff cheerful and waiting at the front desk. The rooms have inside access which was a pleasant surprise from most of these type of locations. The room was huge. Lots of space to spread out. Not fancy but what was needed for the night. No restaurant within walking distance but anything you want is a quick drive up the highway. If you need a quick night's rest this "no frills" motel will be just what you need.

Impressed with the hotel and its' staff....closs to everything...no pool on site though.

“Super 8 - again”

We have driven at least 10 if not 12 hrs by the time we get here and really appreciate a good room. This is the 4th time we've stayed here and it won't be the last. The staff is helpful and eager to meet our requests without question. Breakfast now is more than waffles and cereal, etc. Now they include scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy! Very good.

“for the price it was ok”

I picked this hotel because of the price. This was the second trip through Amarillo in two months, so I wanted to save money. We had stayed in lots of Super 8's in the past but not resently. The breakfast was pretty plain but like I said the discount price was the draw. The were remodeling the front lobby so breakfast was set up in a hotel room. We will not be staying in this hotel again. If you are looking for a bare bones room that is clean and comfortable this hotel would fit the bill.

“Perfect for a stopover!”

We were doing a road trip across the US and this place was perfect for a stopover, as Amarillo did not look like a place you would want to stay for anymore than a stopover! It is close to the ramp from the I40 and if you are travelling from the west, it is very easy to miss as it is hidden on the north side of the interstate, behind the north side ramp. we did not realise that the clock had moved on an hour and therefore turned up very late for breakfast but the receptionist was so accomodating - they also extended our check out time due to the same mistake - lovely staff.

“A Good Trip”

Room and Hotel were great for our purpose. Everything was convenient, and in good location.
