“not impress”

hotel is in a very good location but that's about it. when we arrived around 8pm our room apparently had been given to someone else by mistake and after 20mins wait we got a room 2 doors away. We had to climb two flights of stair very steeps in one go and once there , what a disappointment. The room was very small for 2 and there was wires hanging from the wall above the bed. looked like a light was removed. Spiderweb were hanging from ceiling and got woken up by heater with a noise which seem like a motorbike . The breakfast wasn't great either. Just slice bread, coffee and cheese. all in all not great. Good location but very bad hotel. Never again !

“Never going back”

The smallest room I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was a cupboard and there was little room to even walk around the room. Absolutely terrible room (room 5) for a ridiculous amount of money.
