Generally a good hotel. Fast check-in and check-out. Staff and food in the bar were exceptional!! Comfortable bed and very good gym. Issues with shuttle that were not the driver's fault - not everyone able to get on the shuttle as it was full. Also it took staff 30 minutes to come to our room to unlock the safe as the batteries died. Stressful as we were checking out to catch a flight. Otherwise a good hotel.

Got in late in the evening. Lots of people waiting for the shuttle at the airport. Had to wait for a second shuttle - not the hotel’s fault. Restaurant was good, but expensive. Asked for regular water, but got bottled. Good water, but not worth 9 euros a bottle. Hotel itself was lovely. Clean, modern, and outfitted with exceptional cabinetry.

I checked in online but still had to queue for quite a while. It would be good if there was a system where you could not have to queue. The hotel is nice, the shuttle service is efficient and reliable, twice an hour. The hotel is pretty far from the airport, about a 10 minute drive. The property is new and well maintained. There was hair in the bathtub and the room had two hairdryers, neither worked and one was sticky and dirty. When I mentioned this at checkout the desk staff just apologized, they made no note to address the situation. The restaurant was busy and the food was fair, certainly overpriced. There is no quick way to get to Amsterdam city center from here. Have to take the shuttle to the airport to get the bus, or get an Uber, about $30.

Very good stay if you need to be near the airport! Rooms are a good size, very clean and comfortable. You can check in online, in advance, which makes it very quick when you arrive. Free shuttle to/from airport runs every 30 minutes. Just look carefully — the sign on the shuttle is just a sheet of paper with the name of the hotel. I actually didn’t see it until the shuttle pulled away and wound up taking a taxi.
