Rooms are small with minimal furnishings. Bed was uncomfortable. Bed linens were decent quality. Few towels no washcloths. Price was high for the quality. Not near airport, sights or amenities. Would not stay again if other options were available.

Thank you for your feedback. We are not an airport hotel, if that is what you thought. There is a Best Western Plus Airport hotel as well. Maybe you booked the wrong hotel?

I booked a 3-star hotel and that is what I got, no luxuries but it is all right. I would rate it a little bit higher but the restaurant only had a BBQ buffet for diner and maybe it could be a little cleaner. What I found very convenient is that when you connect to the internet, the hotel webpage has the transport information showing you the way to the tram station nearby, just a 5 minute walk and you will get anywhere in Amsterdam.

This is a great place to stay away from the city center but still with access to it; the sell metro passes in the lobby, and our Metro stop was only a 3-minute walk from our hotel and a short ride away from the center. The staff was also very wonderful!

Enforced stay
Last minute booking as dumped at Schiphol by KLM, with no hotel booking. Mixed up with Best Western Plus which has a shuttle service so cost a lot extra to get there by taxi. Reception was OK after midnight. Only food available was Pizza from a self serve machine, so not ideal. Room location was like a prison block but room was a good size. Bed was OK but duvets small. Bathroom was a bit tired looking but adequate when one has no toiletries. Breakfast next day was buffet style and expensive at 19E each. Not much to do in vicinity of hotel. Taxi to airport would be 40E but by walking for tram into Central Station then getting train out it was <15E for a couple and allowed us time in the city centre.

Thank you for your stay, although not planned. Bear in mind, there are over 4000 Best Western Hotels so have a good look where the hotel is situated before you book. Of course the public transport is much cheaper than a taxi.

Not to the usual standard I have come to expect from Best Western. Evening meal, at 60 euro for 2, was stuck to the bain marie and inedible.

The area around the hotel is not itself very interesting. However, the hotel is very comfortable, and is very close to the Westlandgracht tram stop, which means all of the heart of Amsterdam is 15-30 minutes away. A great find, I must say. I will certainly stay here again.

Very nice hotel very close to Tran Line 2. Spacious and clean hotel but not very close to the town center. Used tram to travel to the center.

Would stay again.
Good location, close to tram stop up a short walk by the canal. Only took 5 minutes to get there. Room was spacious, very clean. Service at the bar and reception was ok too. Would stay again if visiting Amsterdam.

Lovely hotel/staff. Not great location.
Lovely hotel. Lovely staff. Lovely room. Buffet was not worth the money. The soup however was lovely. Location terrible. Very far away and the walk to the tram station albeit okay and not far. Very scary at night.

The place was easy to reach transport into city and airport. Lidl and another supermarket 2 mins walk away. The room had a fridge to store bits for lunches etc However, the housekeeping was inconsistent. They kept changing towels when I didn't need them to but didn't change cups or fill up coffee. Had to actually write a note asking them to change cups after they failed to do this twice. The extractor fan in the bathroom also does not turn off, so you have that the whole night whilst trying to sleep.

Modern, friendly, out from the center
Modern hotel a little off the beaten path in Amsterdam. Hotel property is very good with a friendly and accommodating staff. Nice room with modern bathroom and a very good breakfast buffet. The hotel is in a high-rise residential area that has connections to the tram and metro lines within a short walk. Good value for money if you are familiar with public transport in Amsterdam.

we had the worst experiences in this hotel very noisy not comfortable limited amenity not even basic after talk to the manager she didn't try to offer any compensation like free future room stay credit or complimentary breakfast we had two rooms 4 people and didn't sleep whole night.
