“Holiday Inn Express, Anderson, SC”
Check in was efficient and easy. I was really pleased by the kindness and professionalism portrayed by the staff. The cleanliness of the room and the overall condition of the hotel premises was outstanding. The location was great with several restaurants within walking distance. I would rate this an overall "A" experience, and would definitely stay at this Holiday Inn Express again. I have no reservations in referring this hotel to anyone staying in Anderson,South Carolina. Just a wonderful weekend.
“Very Impressed!”
The young lady at the front desk wast very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast is served and the food was good. For lunch and dinner, there are all types & styles of food places within walking distance.
“I wanted to live there!”
So, here's the deal...I felt like there had been some mistake. The discounted rate was a STEAL!!! This facility is absolutely beautiful. The staff was super friendly and the location is primo! The mall is less that a mile away. As well as many great dining options. I will book my stay with them every time I am in Anderson!
“More than I expected.”
When I told my daughter that I had booked my hotel reservations at Holiday Inn, she asked, "Why are you staying at Holiday Inn?" She wanted me to change hotels, but I told her I liked what I saw on Expedia and would like to give it a try. Well, I was very impressed and my stay was more than I expected. The hotel and rooms were clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were extremely helpful. Moreover, the hotel is located within walking distance of some of the major stores.
“Pleasantly Surprised”
We arrived late and only stayed one night but were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s amenities and excellent condition. Pros: friendly staff, business center, room decor and cleanliness Cons: the breakfast buffet was comparable to other hotel chain's complimentary breakfasts.
“Above average Holiday Inn Express”
Great hotel, nice breakfast and bar areas. We did have a problem with tiny ants in the bathroom. Other than that it was a nice, new property and I would recommend it. Another down side is they have smoking rooms - who does that anymore!! I would hate to get stuck with one of those rooms.
