Dedeman, more than anything was convenient to my trip since it was close to the place that I needed to be. The only issue to me was, they should of had more staff people who could speak basic english.

Street noise while sleeping was very annoying but other than that the hotel was very comfortable and convenient. Great breakfast. It wuld helpful if the front desk staff would try to be a bit more friendly.

“Avoid This Hotel At All Costs-Terrible”
This hotel is the worst hotel I've stayed in with this rating in my 35 years of travel. The service is surly if not nonexistent. The staff makes it obvious that they will not do anything to help you in any way. Multiple requests for service at the front desk in the room go ignored. There is much street and hallway noise, and the "King" bed is smaller than a double bed at other hotels! The "fitness center" was a treadmill and a set of dumbells in a closet. The concierge refuses to assist in any way with information or plans, would not even provide a map. I would avoid this hotel at any costs, as they clearly do not understand the concept of customer value or service. There was a complete disregard for my comfort and well-being at every possible level. I can't think of one single positive thing to say about it.
