“Fine cheap stay”
We stayed overnight on our way further north. For a basic hotel everything was neat and clean. No noise problems. The desk clerk was helpful about finding a dinner place. We'd stay there again and appreciated the low price.

ESA hotels are usually well worth considering, though some are a bit tattered. The ESA in Appleton was clean and very well managed. The rooms met or exceeded my expectations and I would stay there again.
“Great Location”
To find the hotel was a little confusing because the road that the hotel is on, is way down the road, but the distance from the hotel to the mall is great. The hotel is located by all the things that you'd want to do while in Appleton. Whether it be the mall, the cinema, or millions of restaurants both sit down and fast food, the location is great. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. There was even a small kitchen in the room, which was nice for left overs from restaurants. The price was fair and the staff was very friendly.
“Pleasantly surprised”
We stayed for 4 nights. It was comfortable, clean, with friendly & helpful staff. Kitchen was stocked with basics needed, making it easy to have meals in rather than always going out. The room had a stove, micro & full frig, along with sink. COmfortable seating & dining in room.

Since I travel extensively, I plan to search out other Extended Stay Hotels because of the room ammenities. The price is a steal of a value.

I would definitely visit this location again. It was near all of the attractions we were interested in, spacious room, clean, great kitchen, etc. The fluorescent lighting would have to be my only complaint. They don't give off a very warm light. The room was lit up like a shop. Other than that we had a great stay.
“This is my hotel for my next trip to Appleton, Wisconsin”
Everything exceeds my expectation except that the toilet was jammed and not flushed. I told to front desk to fix it when I checked out.
“Great for long stays”
The fully equipped kitchen with stove, pots and pans and a large fridge would be great for a longer stay, almost all appliances of home. Oh yes a toaster too. Residential type of neighborhood is quiet, car dealer acroos street. Drive to restaurants nearby. No car? make sure you bring everything you need. No short walking distance to stores.
