“Traveler@heart”
The staff was outstanding and helped in any way we needed. Our kids (15,10) loved that pool and the slide. We look forward to going back!
“Aruba Trip in December”
It is centrally located to all the restaurants and shops, so that's a great bonus, if you like to be where the tourists are. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and the parrots were great! The beach can get a little crowded during the high season, but that's part of the fun (if you like crowds). Also, it is true - you need to either wake up very early in the morning to reserve a palapa or you need to spend $35 to rent one (that is if those are even available). Overall, it's a great hotel, and if we ever go back to Aruba, we will definitely stay at the Hyatt.
“First class accommodations”
First class accommodations all around. The property and staff were excellent
“Fabulous beach and hotel.”
Great location, staff and upkeep. Silly but effective method for getting thatched umbrellas on the beach. Only disappointment was failure to have anything but a juliet balcony for almost all rooms (ie not possible to stand or sit on balcony - what a waste of a terrific ocean view). Definitely would return and think this may be the best location in Aruba!
“aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa”
the cleanest and best hotel on the island best casino ,food, beach,i have stayed at many of them over the last 15 years, book it you will love the everything about it and the greatest island anywhere
“Aruba garden beach resort.”
Very nice hotel, friendly staff and guests. It is in a class by itself when compaired to the other hotels near them at Palm Beach. The pool area looks like a forest with such colorfull flowers and birds. Staff takes pride in their work and it shows. Also is in walking distance to everything from restuarants, movies and shopping.
“It may be the best hotel in Aruba”
We walked to several nearby hotels while we stayed at the Hyatt and found that it had the best property: the building, the garden, the pools, the restaurants, the beach. If we go back to Aruba, we will stay at the Hyatt again. It is expensive, but once you're there, you enjoy it so much that you forget how much you had to pay for it.
“Aruba”
Very accommodating. Staff was extremely attentive and informative. Great location.
“Our 3rd Stay!”
This was our third time back to the Hyatt Aruba! It's not too big, but large enough to have all of the necessary amenities for a great vacation. It's location is great, too....within walking distance (steps) to many very good restaurants and shopping. You do have to get up early to reserve a a chaise and umbrella by the pool, but there's really not a bad location...never encountered a problem... The pool staff are wonderful! The Hyatt's restaurants are a bit pricey, but very good...especially Ruins del Mar for dinner..not to be missed. You won't want to leave!
“best service!!!”
Beautiful hotel, wonderful food, excellent service. Can't ask for more. We will be back again.

Area:
Palm Beach, Aruba: The question on Palm Beach is this: lounge or live large? Theres a reason the major resorts and clubs are located near these calm waters. The beach is an ideal place to do absolutely nothing, with a cold drink in hand. Theres also swimming, golf, horseback riding, ATV rentals, and plenty of water sports.
