“Radisson Aruba, Great Hotel”
This is a great hotel, spotless and I am fussy! Received an upgrade to deluxe ocean due to off season, and it was a big room, always fresh towels, bed turned down at night, chocolates on pillow, all the nice touchs. Loved the crisp white sheets. Open air bar was best bar in area, beats the Hyatt next door, lovely to sit out at night. All the action is across the street., not much going on at the lobby bar, quiet and tv on, but nice atmosphere. Pools were great, Gilligans bar by the pool, nice with happy hour and 2 for 1 daily at 1pm-3pm...needs better music though! Would go back, for sure...better food in restaurants around Aruba....but for lodging, this hotel is fantastic.
“Great getaway”
Palm Beach is a wonderful strip of sandy beaches, water sports, and protected relaxing areas. The Radisson is a typical high rise but the service was top notch and the rooms were very clean. Don't bother with upgrading to an "ocean view" room. Most of the hotels are perpendicular to the ocean so the views are sideways from the deck area. Unit 1 has problems with noise from adjoining rooms. Apparently they have connecting doors that allow sound to travel. All the other rooms are very quiet. The casino is small but friendly (unlike Atlantic City). We did not bring anything even remotely dressy so we did not use the upscale dining facility. The Laguna restaurant was just fine as was the beach bar. Alll in all I would go back.
“"Best layout in aruba"”
Loved the open lobby, the pools were beautiful and the white sand and palm trees were awsome. The overall view and the birds were great.
“Great stay,”
Everything was fine. Half of the hotel complex is being remodeled. I do have a concern that once this is complete, the increased number of guests will cause an overcrowding of the beach and pool facilities. It was fine with only half of the hotel in use.
“Radisson Hotel in Aruba”
The Radisson Hotel in Aruba has a beautiful ambience consisting of a modified rain forest with parrots, doves and very colorful harmless lizards in abundance. The staff is friendly and the prices of food, restaurants and stores were very reasonable.
“The Radisson is one of the best places to stay on Aruba”
This was our first destination vacation since our son was born 13 months ago (we also have a 4-year old daughter). The hotel was very accommodating and provided a crib for the room. They also were able to loan us a stroller for the week, as we had forgotten ours in rushing to the airport at 6am. The hotel was able to put my in-laws in the room next door, which was very helpful and made passing off responsibility for the children super easy. The hotel was very clean, the housekeeping staff worked around our son's nap needs, and were always very pleasant. The grounds and facilities are among the best on Aruba, with lots of beach and pool real estate for the number of rooms on the resort (places like the Marriott have way more rooms and a more crowded beach). Sunset Grille is one of the best restaurants on the island, and we had a great meal there on Sunday night, with the staff providing everything we needed to keep the kids entertained and well-behaved.
“Can't beat the weather.....”
This hotel has the most wonderful tropical feel to it. We walked to the others on the beach but none seemed to compare to this one. When you sit by the pool or on the beach the palm trees and foliage are most beautiful. The staff in very friendly and accommodating. We had a great relaxing week and would go back.
“Great time”
Everyone was very accomodating. Everything one needed for a relaxing vacation. Beach accomodations were excellent (so were the views). This was my third time at the Radisson and definitely will not be my last.
“Wonderful time at the Radisson”
The Radisson was everything we hoped it would be. Beautiful pool area and beach. Not difficult to find a chair, unless you're looking for shade. Then you need to be out there at the crack of dawn. Restaurants were good and fairly reasonable. Check in and check out were smooth and fast. Plenty of parking. We had a ground floor room, garden view, so there wasn't much to look and and had to keep the shades closed most of the time for privacy. Extremely comfortable bed. Would recommend highly.
“The place to be!”
I was advised to stay at the Radisson if I went to Aruba by a friend of mine......best advice ever. I've traveled all over the world and I have to say that I've never encountered a more helpful, friendly or professional staff. Nice restaurants, beautiful beach and the garden views are to die for. When I go back to Aruba the Radisson will be my hotel.

Area:
Palm Beach, Aruba: The question on Palm Beach is this: lounge or live large? Theres a reason the major resorts and clubs are located near these calm waters. The beach is an ideal place to do absolutely nothing, with a cold drink in hand. Theres also swimming, golf, horseback riding, ATV rentals, and plenty of water sports.
