“Great stay!”
Really clean and nice looking hotel. All staff encounters were great as well. Even though the check-out time was supposed to be at 11am, the staff was accommodating enough to let me extend that even though I didn't ask until the day of check-out at 12pm!
“Newly remodeled hotel”
Very nice rooms and bath. Ate in the restaurant, they were short on Chefs and my meal took a while to prepare, so they gave me 50% off. All employees were extremely courteous.

Very neat, comfortable, walking distance to downtown bars and restaraunt.

“Still the best spot in Athens”
This hotel is an oldie...it was there back when I was in school almost 15 years ago, and was well-established then. There are certainly newer hotels in the area, but for the price, location and quality--this one was perfect. We did stay in the North Tower, which seems to be newer and is the closest access to downtown. It was very safe and secure, we felt totally comfortable walking everywhere from the hotel and at all hours. Other parts of the hotel might be undergoing construction, but the North Tower was perfect and is where i will choose to stay again next time.

Walking distance to old down town. Sorry we didn't have a couple of days to stay. Stay too short but really enjoyed!

“Great place to stay while visiting UGA kids”
I arrived 8:30 am before UGA student orientation. They let me check in that early because they had a room and even gave me a king size bed - (though I had registered for 2 twins) NICE! Plus, free parking is great because parking is precious at UGA. I walked everywhere - campus, downtown - because the hotel is located right on the edge of campus and downtown. I felt very safe there (middle-aged single woman). Clean, quiet, comfortable. The staff is nice and goes out of their way to be helpful. I'l stay there again!
