“Great Bargain!”

Great room for the price - Sutie with jacuzzi marble tub, great bedding, wet bar for entertaining and close to the cumberland mall and shops. I didn't do a 5 on the hotel condition because the exterior is under renovation. Highly recomended!!!!

“They Bent Over Backwards!”

Doubletree called us about 5 minutes after we arrived in our hotel room to ask how we were enjoying room. I told them it was okay except the room smelled of cigarette smoke. I went on to tell that we had requested a non-smoking room. Long story short, the young bent over backwards for an hour trying to find us more suitable room. Now that's great customer service. We will be back!

“GREAT "vacation" spot! Would love to go back soon!”

The hotel looks normal on the outside, but when you walk in, it is beautiful. I loved the warm cookies upon arrival! The glass elevators overlooked the indoor courtyard. Many rooms had balconies that also overlooked the indoor courtyard, which would have been great! My room was just as nice, even without a balcony. The bathroom was huge and the jacuzzi tub was fantastic! The bedroom was nicely furnished, although I would have appreciated some outlets near the bed to plug in my phone which is used as my alarm clock. I found an outlet in the lamp, but my charger wouldn't fit in to that outlet. The living room area is great too. Sofa, chair, coffee table, and a desk and chair. Plus a large LCD tv in both the living room and the bedroom. I appreciated the sink and coffee station area with the refrigerator. There was a restaurant on site, but I did not eat there. It looked very nice. This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway! I only wish I would be there for Valentine's Day!

“PERFECT STAY!!!”

This hotel was very nice, I normally make reservations at the "W" but this was a last miniute trip and the "W" didnt have any double beds available. Everything about this hotel was awesome from the overall appearance to the spacious double suite. The food at the restaurant(s) was very good and the staff was very helpful. ABSOLUTE GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

“Looking forward to a return trip.”

I needed to be near the Galleria Convention Center for business, and DoubleTree Guest Suites were less than one-half mile away, tucked away off the main highway. The facilities were splendid. The rooms extremely spacious and very nicely appointed - even luxurious for a business traveler, and quite reasonable when comparing other prices in the area. Excellent stay !

“Very Relaxing”

I enjoy getting away to this hotel whenever I get a chance to relax. The bathroom is clean and spacious and the jet-tub is a plus!!! The bed is comfortable. The only thing I could say that I didn' t like is they charge for wifi. But there is a barnes and nobles up the street if you really need to use it. I stayed here to get away from home and clear my head for finals. The atmosphere is very quiet, which i LOVE and the staff is very friendly. I definately will stay there again in the future.
