“Poor customer service & safety!!”

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express at Marietta, GA was awful. When we arrived at the hotel & checked in, the front clerk was not friendly. After we got settled in, we went looking for the vending machine & got stuck in the elevator for atleast 20 minutes or so. Help only came because I called 411 for the number of the hotel & told the same clerk that we were trapped in the elevator. When she got us out, I said "thanks for saving us" and she just let out a rude "pshh" It was a scary incident for us (myself,my daughter & her friend) I think this hotel severely lacks in customer satisfaction & safety for that matter. Im not even going into detail of the partially empty vending machines, smelly hot tub/pool area or calling the front desk asking for more shampoo & them telling us.. "yeah we have some...come & get it" when the note in the bathroom states they will bring it up to the room. I would NOT recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
