“Check in Disorganizec”
Check-in was a bit disorganized. The clerk spent an inordinant amount of time looking through all of the reservation paperwork. Could not find my reservation. Tried to look it up on-line. Could not find it. Went throught the paperwork again. Could not find it. Tried the computer a second time and was able to locate it.
“Will definantly stay there again”
I checked in late and everything was easy. My room key was waiting for me and the staff was really nice. The room was clean and very nice and I will stay there again if I'm in that area.
“Very nice hotel for the price”
I was very impressed at how nice this hotel was since the price was so phenomenal! The rooms were very large! We travel with our dog, I was impressed with home pet friendly it was outside. Very nice place for the price!

My girlfriend and I took a pleasure trip and we were a little skeptical because the reviews we had read were across the spectrum. But we were completely satisfied with the service at the front desk when we checked in and out. When we got to the room, it was clean and to our surprise didn't smell like smoke! The location was convenient: near gas stations, Cumberland mall, grocery stores, and nice family restaurants.

The hotel was good. For a long term stay, I think this hotel is great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I found nothing wrong with this place.

Very impressed with the size of the hotel room. It even came with a small refrigerator, dishes, coffee maker, and two stove top burners.

Great, friendly customer service. Very basic room but comfortable and most importantly clean. If you just need a place to stay and don't care about frills, this is a great deal.

we stayed at this hotel while we were attending dragoncon in Atlanta the people who ran the hotel were beyond kind to us. possibly the only complaint if i had to have one is the room was a bit dark. An overhead light other then the lamp would have been nice. but recommend this hotel and will stay there again. great hotel for a cheap price
