Property Amenities
This Hyatt Place in suburban Atlanta has dropped the traditional lobby and front desk in favor of a contemporary open area called the Gallery, with a check-in kiosk and the expertise of a host, who is available to help with check-in, guest tours, and even food preparation, 24 hours a day.
The Gallery area houses the Bakery Café, which includes a coffee and wine bar and a 24-hour touch-screen kiosk for ordering freshly prepared hot and cold items; guests pay by swiping either room key or credit card. A self-help case of baked goods, salads, sandwiches, and drinks is also available 24 hours; a complimentary Continental breakfast with Starbucks coffee is served each morning.
Among complimentary amenities at Hyatt Place Atlanta Galleria are use of the TV room with its 27-inch flat-panel screen and seating for 4, use of a computer with high-speed Internet access and a printer—all in the Gallery area—and hotel-wide wireless Internet access. An area (within 5 miles) and mall shuttle to the Cumberland Mall is provided.
Rooms
All Hyatt Place Atlanta Galleria guestrooms feature Hyatt's signature Grand Bed: Sealy Posturepedic mattress; 250-thread-count triple sheeting; down blankets; double down-surround pillows. Separated from the bed by a partial wall, the sitting area provides a queen sofa bed and desk.
42-inch, flat-panel, high-definition TVs allow guests to plug in laptops, MP3 players, and DVD players. Satellite channels include 11 channels of high-definition programming and SportsNet. Both wireless and wired high-speed Internet access are complimentary; one of the two telephones is cordless.
Refrigerators, coffeemakers, and wet bars are included. Bathrooms provide granite countertops and Portico white-ginger scented bath amenities.
All rooms at this hotel are non-smoking.

“two night stay”
very clean room, friendly staff and nice breakfast
“Solid Hotel - Just Don't Count On The Internet”
The only drawback of the hotel was the poor internet service. The wireless was horrible and they did not have an ethernet alternative connection in-room.

Hope the other Hyatt Place Hotels are as nice. Excellent staff, Always greeted you on arrival and departure. Rooms were comfortable clean and well maintained. If I had anything negative it is only the elevators were a little stuffy. Over all I would recommend staying at this hotel. Enjoy!

this is an exceptionally inexpensive hotel compared to the service and rooms , bathroom could have been a little bigger but other than that a great clean hotel
“Great for a group”
We had 7 rooms reserved and everything went very well. One commode wasn't functioning properly but the staff was very attentive to our needs. Several items were available for breakfast (nothing fancy), but if you wanted more, they had made to order breakfast available for purchase from their kitchen. Check in was easy. It was a great place to stay.
“Nice, clean and comfortable hotel”
We were very comfortable and well served in this nice and clean hotel. But do not expect room service; it is not available, although, you can pickup your very well prepared food at the lobby and take it to your room.
