    “A special place!”

    We visited Atlanta with our kids. Upon entering the hotel lobby, the kids exclaimed: "WOW!" They had never seen such a soaring atrium hotel lobby or one with glass elevators. They loved every ride on the elevators! The hotel is currently renovating guest floors, so there was some construction noise. The rooms seem to be well insulated and the noise was not a problem to us. The rooms are nicely decorated and have balconies that open to the outside. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel location is one of the best in downtown Atlanta. Our kids are ready to move into the hotel!

    “Worth it!”

    Great hotel! Location was perfect, right in downtown Atlanta, near everything. Room was comfy and recently remodeled. Some street noise at night, but overall a great experience, would highly recommend!

    “Awesome Experience - love to have stayed longer”

    This was an awesome hotel in a great location! Our room was like living in a flat in NYC! It was very fun with lots to do within 100 yards of the hotel. Hardrock Cafe at the end of the block, Starbucks right across the street, a food court in the next building over from the hotel, a Marta station right beside it. Parking was $29 a night...a bit steep so we parked elsewhere. But...it was a beautiful hotel!!

    “Happy with Hyatt Regency”

    Very helpful and professional staff. Great location in downtown Atlanta. They have done a good deal of great innovations. The only downsides were the costs of the buffet breakfast which were too high. The shoppette also has relativly high prices. However, overall I plan to return to this same hotel later this week.

    “Last weekend in Jan”

    I just happened to visit the hotel on a weekend when there was a kid dance competition and an out of town college function, so the hotel was noisy and extremely busy. But that is not something that the hotel itself had control over. Other than the traffic of that weekend I think the staff was friendly and everything was professional.
