“Outstanding Service”
The only complaint I have is that our room was by an elevator. Had some very happy drunk neighbors that night. Hotel is a bit dated, but price was reasonable for the service received. Staff was more than courteous. Room service was compted (without my asking) when the person taking my order didn't fully understand the menu. Food was very good.
“Ready to go back.”
Very enjoyable. Second time there in a month. Love the view from the room and the Sundial.
“Impressive Staff and Service”
Only issue I had was with internet access. It is still geared towards paying for it although it is free (at least in the case of the room I got through Expedia). The Staff was SUPERB across the board. Bellman, Front Desk, Doormen, cleaning staff - could not ask for any better.
“Westin Peachtree Plaza”
Huge hotel, but convenient and great staff.
“Gigantic hotel, great location”
So sick of having to pay $15 to use wifi for 5 minutes... Atlanta's hotels are bigger than Vegas, huge. The Westin is a nice hotel, the halls were very tired and actually looked beat up. The bed was very comfy and from had all the appointments expected by a business traveler in metropolitan location. Nice 4 block walk to the convention center. Will defiantly stay here again.
“Great hotel, would stay there again”
Very nice hotel, conveniently located in downtown and close to everything. The only thing I didn't like is hotel's restaurant, it was extremely pricy for what it was offering.
“loved the view”
the best part of the stay was the awesome view of atlanta from my hotel room!
“What a view”
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Westin. Our view was incredible. We were looking East, and you could see Stone Mountain in the distance. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and friendly. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to ATL. The convenience to the Georgia Dome was our primary reason for staying here, but it is also convenient to tons of restaurants and night spots. We parked our car and never got back in it until we were ready to go home. Also, the Heavenly beds were very comfortable.
“This hotel is great”
They were VERY clean. The view is tremendous! The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is great. We had a great time. I would definately stay there again.
“Impressed enough”
I like this hotel a lot except the lobby is too cold and not at all comfortable to sit and talk for a while. Other than that I am very impressed with the friendliness and courtesy of the staff especially the concierge and the waitress at the cafe.
