"Everything the pool is Amazing"

"There was nothing but issues with hotel. When we arrived, our original rooms air conditioning wasn’t working. It was up to 82* in the room and when I spoke to manager she told me that some people like it that warm. They moved us to a 2nd room which the A/C was working but the shower wasn’t. We needed a 3rd room to shower, mind you… we were only there for 2 days. The final night they deactivated our key cards and a person came into our room at midnight, while my family was sleeping. Oh and if you pay for breakfast and happen to stay there on a Tuesday, it’s not open. What?!? I have never had some strange and abysmal service from a Marriott branded restaurant. Would never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there. Also, questioning Marriott."

"I'm a disabled person with a rolling walker, and they gave me a room on the 1st floor, across the parking lot, where I had to climb 2 steps just to get to the level where the rooms were. Why would they make a disabled person climb steps? Very inconsiderate. Room was also very outdated and very poor lighting. Was dosed to have a tub in the bathroom. They're was no rib. Only a shower. I still not be back."

"The Claridge was a great place to stay. Clean. Comfortable. Near the board walk. Since it was the off season, we got an ocean view room for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, their computer system was down. So the key cards could not be made. We had to call the front desk to get someone to let us into our room each time we left. Furthermore, their internet was down as well. This was really annoying as it was down for both days that we stayed. Also, be warned in advance that parking is taken care of by a company not associated with the hotel. There is no reserved parking for the hotel. You have to pay for it on the side with a vendor not associated with the hotel. There are a limited number of spaces next to the hotel. The general lot is a block away. Since this was the off season, I was able to pay for a close parking space. I wish I had known this in advance."

"First time and The Marina Suite was great. Clean to the point I didn’t mind using the Tub over the standing shower. Pool area is pure vibes with a bar and grill going. All ages in the resort but definitely more of an adult getaway. Only complaint are the older model TVs in the room. Did not have streaming capabilities and music was $1 an hour plus tax if you wanted to play off the TV. Had a charge for a movie that I did not order and front desk was kind about removing the charge even after dealing with a rough crowd before me. Casino floor isn’t huge but for me that was a good thing. It’s away from the boardwalk but just a 7 min ride away if you want to visit the sand. I will be back!"
