"An older hotel that shows its age in places, but our room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked without issue. All staff — from front desk to maintenance — were friendly and helpful. Restaurant had some standout food (shrimp and grits!) and the rooftop bar was a good spot to relax."

"It’s listed it has a hot tub, but it does not. It’s filled in with dirt and plants. Outside pool closed for our stay. Carpet was very dirty. The first room had a leak going down the wall and into the carpet. Fridge did not work. No cold water in the room. Put us in another room and it was ok, no fridge. The only ice machine working was on the 5th floor. It states free bkfst, but it is not. You have to pay for it."
