“So comfortable and clean”
The hotel was immaculate! Beds are totally plush and comfortable - lots of pillows. Front desk staff was as helpful as any I ever seen. I needed to print a document and though the hotel didn't have a printer, one of the staff gave me her personal email and then printed the document for me. My two complaints were the noise as I was right by the elevator and taht it wasn't exactly in a dining or attraction hub of Austin. Though it is right beside the main freeway.

I had a great experience at this hotel. I was able to check in earlier than expected and the room and accommodations were as expected as well.

The bed was the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel rm. Staff was attentive and very helpful. Breakfast & service excellent
“Wonderful business stay”
I don't ask too much, but this was my second stay at Courtyard Austin. EVERYTHING I want: comforatble, clean, high speed internet, great prices.

Reasonably close to UT and downtown. It was a safe comfortable place to stay during my weekend visit to Austin.
“Good deal for the money”
We had some problems with the heat and the shower drainage but they were quick and helpful and fixed issues right away. Will stay there again! A+++

“Good Stuff”
My roommate and I visited Austin, TX over our winter break and chose to stay here. Everyone was extremely friendly and we were very pleased with everything. However, we were mostly interested in going down to 6th Street every night, and we took cabs everywhere (became a little expensive). So the location wasn't GREAT, but everything else was!
“Love the showerhead”
The hotel staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was extremely clean...very satisfied. Oh and...love the showerhead. :-)
“Very Good For The Price”
My expectations were not only reached but also exceeded. All the staff I spoke to were very nice and the room was very clean and quiet. The location is fairly close to downtown. I would definitely stay in this hotel if I go back to Austin.
