“Good Value and Location”
The rates are a good value. The hotel is located convenient to shopping, major thoroughfares and is easy to access. There are a number of good places to eat nearby. The hotel staff were very accomodating.
“A spring weekend in Austin”
Our stay was comfortable and peaceful. We would recommend to friends and family who might stay in Austin.Our hotel was convenient to downtown and also the Oasis resort
“Another Great Stay”
The staff here is nice and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, and movie theater in the Arboretum. I will be definately staying here when I'm in Austin.
“Great Hotel at the Arborteum”
Upon check-in the front desk staff, Lisa, was friendly and hospitable. She presented me with a goodie bag along with the key to the room. The room was spaciaous, quiet and very clean. The location of the hotel was perfect for my visit. I enjoyed walking to the stores, restaurants, and movie theater. I highly recommend this hotel for it's great rate and all of the above.

“Pretty Good”
The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. The room was very good, it was clean and also well decorated. The only downside to the hotel was the firmness of the mattress, it was truly stiff as a board. This made it difficult to sleep. However the room was excellent other than that. The location is perfect, near all kinds of things and tucked away in a quiet wooded corner. The hotel just needs to look into getting softer mattresses.
“Best Attribute - Location”
My biggest complaints are the lack of sound proof rooms and small bathrooms with poor lighting. I don't think it matters if you are a heavy sleeper because you will most likely hear anyone walking heavier or talking louder than average.

The kitchen was a nice touch and the room was pretty nice. Are you really going to use a kitchen though? The service was good, and overall everything went well.
“Godd value”
The hotel was clean, the front desk people were nice. We did have a slow running toilet, when I called the front desk about it, they told me where to find the plunger. Maybe that's to be expected in a low frills hotel??
