“Welcome to Austin!!!”
The Hyatt Summerfield Suites were very comfortable and the staff was quite kind and helpful. The location is great as well. It is near Capital Metro bus stops, and within walking distance to many shops (Whole Foods, Nordstrom Rack, Crate & Barrel, Sam's Club, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, World Market, and the Arboretum Shopping Center). There are nice eateries nearby as well (Panera Bread, Buca Di Beppo and North By Northwest (or NXNW) to name a few). My mother and I did not encounter any problems at this hotel. One thing that I will mention though is that we smelled food in the hallway from another room, but that is not any reason to skip out on a comfortable, friendly, convenient, and clean hotel. Also, there is a complimentary breakfast made every morning which was nice. If you are looking to visit Austin for pleasure or business, this is a great place to stay.
“Good Hotel”
Although we were there for personal reasons, this would be a very good hotel for business travelers as well. Good location for northwest Austin with easy access.
“Good Hotel”
I traveled with two children under the age of twelve. The room was nice, looked good, clean and they loved that there was a DVD player in the room. It did stay a little too warm we woke up hot both nights, even though we adjusted the room temperature. The pool was small and the water was green. The staff was very hospitable. The breakfast was nice, coffee was good. I loved the kitchenette as it proved very useful. The location was good. I will definately stay there again.
“Will Visit Again!!!”
Rooms are beautiful and well kept...will definately stay again!!!
“Bradford Suites - What A Sweet Deal”
My husband and I went to Austin for a weekend getaway without the kids and were worried that we would end up spending way too much money for a suite that did not provide all that we were looking for, but boy were we happily surprised. Bradford Homesuites were amazing. They had everything that we needed. The room was comfortable, cozy, and made us feel right at home. In fact, it reminded us of our first apartment. :) It has all the things that we needed to make our trip special. It had a stove to cook our favorite romantic meal, an iron to get our clothes ready for our big date, and a built in hair dryer to help me get ready for our night on the town. My husband and I are both convinced that from now on where ever we travel, we will stay in a Bradford Homesuite!
“place away from home”
I liked the layout of the room. There was a kitchen, office area, living area, bedroom area, bathroom, and storage area. Just like an apartment!
“Wonderful!”
The hotel was clean and the rooms were very nice. I was extremely impressed. My daughter and I were there for a sporting event she participating in. We came back to the hotel late each evening and were tired and didn't feel like going out to eat. We were able to cook dinner in the small kitchenette. The kitchen was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
“Great hotel in Austin”
Highly recommended hotel. Great value for the money.
“Go for it”
Clean, Quiet, Comfortable, Convenient.....And, a real bargain at the Expedia rate.
“Almost perfect.”
I chose this hotel for a one night stay after reading reviews of hotels in the area. On the positive side service was friendly, the room was nice and the price was good. The negatives, staff was not good at giving directions and my room had a problem with ants. In defense of the staff, the main highway that leads to the hotel has maybe 4 different names and no one I found could give good directions that were clear to someone from out of town. There was no excuse for the ant problem and I suggest rinsing the sink any time you pour out a drink. Be careful where you put those empty soda cans.
