“Excellent customer service”

I was confortable in every aspect in this hotel, breakfast was very nice and they have everything I needed, I left an expensive blouse there and they sent it to me next day. I was impressed.

“Great Austin Hotel”

Wonderful hotel. Great location near the main arteries of Austin. Rooms were super clean, spacious and well furnished. I am most particular about my hotels since I have traveled every week for over 20 years. This is one of the best places I have stayed. It was quiet too and was a bargain.

“Austin Quality for Price”

After a few scary experiences in Austin hotels (we go there twice a year), Hampton Inn finally provided us a clean comfortable room, passable breakfast and friendly staff at a reasonable price. The location was perfect for us.

Good location close to the mall, restaurant and the freeway. Hotel is nice and clean. Easy check in and front desk very accomodating. Good customer service. Good breakfast. We'll definitely go back again.

“Would Go Back In A Heart Beat”

Hotel is in a great location, easy off and on highway, but traffic noise is never a problem. It is tucked into some beautiful trees and close to some wonderful restaurants. Staff is excellent and extremely friendly and helpful.

“Would stay there again”

Although the room was clean, there were a few hairs on the floor and in the bathtub, which I thought was unusual for such an otherwise clean place.
