“Hard Rock Hotel Clean and great for families”
Lovely clean rooms, best pool in Bali with a beach sand island for the kids or volleyball and a water playground. Kida club for 4 year olds + is a bonus for just a small fee for the duration of your stay they will look after your kids from 9am to 6pm doing things like arts & crafts, play time, movies, swimming etc. Pool bar is relatively expensive but just have a few and it's all good. Staff are lovely amd helpful and always seem to be cleaning or painting something. Good breakfast with western and eastern favourites.
“Relax and chill”
First time I had been to Bali and I was very impressed with the Hard Rock Hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. You were greeted everywhere with a friendly smile and "hello". Any problems were fixed promptly. Poolside cabanas were relaxing. Sometimes had to wait for food 30min+. Would def go back there and recommend to friends.
“Great resort hotel”
The staff was very friendly, from maids to porters to front desk. The pool, restaurants, spa, and all other amenities made it a good vacation atmosphere.
“Wonderful Hotel”
This was our second stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali, and like the first, it was a memorable experience. We only ate breakfast at the hotel, and it was fantastic, far more than we could eat, of a high quality, and we were spoilt for choice. The hotel staff were always extremely friendly and very helpful whenever we had a query. The hotel building itself is amazing. Our room faced onto a garden courtyard which was just beautiful with fountains, ponds and manicured gardens. The room itself was immaculately clean, large and very comfortable. The tv's are a bit on the small side, but easy to watch. The pool is incredible, my husband and I used it each morning to do about 30min laps, there's a section of the pool which is about 30m long. The location of the hotel is very good, accross the road from the beach, walking distance to Matahari and Discovery Plaza, and very central to many restaurants varying in price for meals, my favourite places to eat were TJ's mexican restaurant in Poppy's one and the Sportsbar accross the road from the Kuta Paradiso Hotel. The hotel is also close to Poppy's one and two if you have the patience to bargain for market goods (I don't, but my husband does). Another mention, the hotel gym is exemplary, and the change rooms have a sauna, whirlpool and ice plunge pool. If you feel you need to keep fit while being on holiday, this is ideal.
“better than expected”
Hard Rock Hotel is a largish complex directly across from Kuta Beach. Once you get past the hard rock theme (not my cup of tea) it's actually a pretty good hotel. Good service, decent rooms, many facilities, good buffet breakfast, central location. For those who care, you may bring a guest to your room without hassle. One complaint: the bathroom has liquid soap dispensers; no bars of soap (bring your own or buy one next door at the convenience store). The hot water also is a little less than hot during peak usage hours.
“Hard Rockin' Bali”
Just what you'd expect from an international chain, so if that's what you're looking for it was a great place, right on the beach in a very touristed location. I'd recommend and stay there again.
“Love the staff”
just got back from Hard Rock Bali. This hotel was the tops, staff were so helpfull and friendly nothing was a problem for them and everything seemed to be pleasure. They smile from the moment that you enter the hotel,facilitis were excellent clean and well maintained everywhere.good spa and gym, restaurants all good,free towels.wonderful pool and cabanas for rent, safe for kids several pool attendants on duty all the time who interact with all,central and over the road from beach.near restaurants too. Highly reccommend this hotel
“great hotel, a classic in Bali”
It is somewhat old, but overall a great hotel. The staff is great. The only downpart is it doesn`t have a private beach, you have to cross the street to get to it. Otherwise I would recommend it to anyone.
“THE BEST IN KUTA”
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY BODY TRAVELLING KUTA BALI EVERTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL IS FIRST CLASS YOU WILL LOVE EVERY ASPECT FROM CHECK IN TO BREAKFAST AND ALSO JOSH IN THE BAR AREA THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT AND VERY CENTRAL. I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO THANK GEORGE AND RANDI THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY PROFFESSIONAL AT WHAT THEY DO. ***********HARD ROCK YOU ROCK**********************************************
