“Nice option in Bali and not far from Semyniak”

“Can't wait to go back!”
Starting with check in and ending with check out: Every person around the hotel was extremely courteous. The employee's seems genuinly happy to be there and to assist you with anything you need. Staff at the hotel would also go out of thier way to tryand assist you with any endeavor that you had planned. This hotel is close to a quaint little market, less than a miles walk. In another direction is The Bali Collection, in which there a multitude of stores and resturaunts to visit. There is a little Red Bus that offers free transportation to and from the Bali Collection. There are also little shops and a bank located in the hotel. The resturaunt and room service food are delicious. The atmosphere at this location was amazing and we can not wait to return.
“Bali Hai”
Can only have good reviews for the hotel and staff. From the welcome to having to leave our experince was great. Staff so helpful and friendly. They will go out their way to make you feel welcome. Thought the breakfast buffet was good. Only point I would make would be to use the local taxi (blue) rather than hotel taxi as the hotel transport is more expensive. Go local and barter. Also down the beach and at the Bali collection there are a number of alternative restaurants so your not restricted to the hotel. Try it and see. If you disagree then you can have your say.

“Can't wait to go back”
The Hotel is located in the best place of nusa dua resorts area. Following the world trend, resorts (SPA) hotels are too much expensive than normal ones. However, Nusa Dua has a great SERVICE and resonable prices. Everything is prepared carefully and people who works there are really polite. So, as the title clear say, I can't wait to go back and relax on Nusa Dua Beach Hotel. Have a nice trip !
“A Slice of Paradise”
We stayed at the Nusa Dua Hotel and Spa for our last 3 nights in Bali before returning back home from our 3 weeks in Indonesia. The hotel is quite a feast for your eyes. Beautiful wood carvings, marble lobby floors, a gorgeous fountain/pond out front and in the lobby...simply posh and elegant! We stayed in a Palace Club room which was very nicely decorated,had a lovely patio,and view of the gardens. The room, though not huge, was a perfect size for the two of us and had all the amenities you could ask for. Try getting a Palace club room if possible--not only do you get a delicious buffet breakfast included, but you also have 24hour use of the "Palace club room" which has internet, a little library, comfy sofas, and all the drinks/cocktails you'd want. In addition, you are entitled to the afternoon tea buffet and the cocktail buffet in the evening. The only reason I gave the condition and maintenence of the hotel a 4 out of 5 was b/c my boyfriend complained of a "musty" smell when we first walked into the room. I however did not notice this (my boyfriend's sense of smell is much stronger than mine apparently); but be forewarned and possibly ask for a different room if this bothers you. The grounds of the hotel are quite gorgeous too; there are 3 pools and we took advantage of the not so used spa "lap pool" during our last day there. Again, beautiful! The staff were more than gracious and kind. I highly recommend this hotel.
“Another great holiday”
This is our favourite hotel in Bali and we have stayed there approximately 20 times so this can speak for itself. This hotel is now completing big renovations which are hardly creating any inconvenience to guests as the hotel has 3 wings and they are spread far apart. Renovated rooms are very comfortable with all the modern fittings and we think in many cases they went overboard with replacing almost everything when it wasn’t need to. Like those beautiful old chairs, tables, lamps, bathroom fittings and sun-beds. We’ll see how long they will last.... But new electrical wiring, new air conditioners, TV & phones are great and working well. In their reviews other guests often report that Nusa Dua is lacking Balinese vibe, but we strongly disagree with them. Nusa Dua as elsewhere has predominately been occupied by locals, and all the hotels employ local people and wherever you stay with their wonderful smile and great attitude always make Bali so special. As we had such fond memories of our holiday we would like to take the opportunity to express our gratitude to everyone in Nusa Dua beach Hotel for such professional & efficient services on every level. At the same time to all Balinese working in different places for making us feel so special. They are the special people and hopefully their culture will stay intact.

Nusa Dua Beach Hotel was excellent, everybody was friendly and very helpfull. The service, food, people were second to none. We can't think of anything that we were unhappy about. Everything was clean and tidy always. We were upgraded as we had been there before and they realized it was our anniversary. Buffet breakfast was amazing, a very wide choice to choose from. All staff, housekeeping, bar staff, restuarant staff & function staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would have no hesitation in staying at this hotel in the future.

Staff - Friendly, welcoming and willing to go the extra mile Hotel - Beautiful, spacious, very clean and inviting Food and drinks - were moderately priced for bali however the meals were quality and you received good portions. Over all a perfect place to spend your time in Bali
“A stunning hotel”
The Nusa Dua Hotel is situated in a five star standard resort and beach strip. The hotel facilities and spa were of an extremely high standard and the staff were professional, courteous and helpful. The hotel rooms are of a high standard and the rates very reasonable. The hotel grounds are well maintained and the pool side and beach service were also of a high standard. We were very impressed and would definately return.
