“Very nice stay”
Dennis and David are an asset to this establishment!!
“Great Location, Great Room”
The hotel was in a very convenient location, only a block or so from the inner harbor. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We had to pay $30 for parking, but that's not too bad for city parking.
“Kid and Pet friendly”
Very welcoming and friendly, especially to kids. I was extremely pleased they allowed pets. We find it hard to travel because of our dog and were glad to be able to bring her along. Forgot toothpaste and they provided it and brought up pillows when requested and the breakfast was delicious!!
“Amazing hotel”
I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. I stayed here to attend a training in the area. Its is very close to the Charles Metro station. It is also close to the bus stop to go to Penn station. The hotel was absolutely fabulous and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast selection was great and their evening reception was very good as well. Totally worth the stay. The only peeve I had was that since it was a downtown hotel, it was very noisy and my room faced the main road (Lombard st). But, it is expected from any downtown hotel.
“Perfect for a Visit to Baltimore!”
The hotel was perfect to me, clean rooms, friendly staff, close to Inner Harbor, free breakfast, free drinks during happy hour, and everyone is super helpful!!!!!!! I love Ian and Dennis they are like the best persons to have working in any hotel...
“Christmas overnite”
We were only there for an overnite stay. Room was clean, neat, and bed was comfortable, pillows could have been more cush, but overall the room was, I thought very updated, and had a very nice view of the inner harbor. It was small, but had all the amenities. Breakfast buffet was great...made my own waffle... very tasty My husband and I don't tolerate heat well, so the room was too warm for us...we didn't figure out til the morning that we could have opened the window a bit. The "green" products in the bathroom were nice... The staff was courteous, respectful, and helpful. We will definitely stay again.
“Great hotel!”
Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Evening wine and cheese reception was wonderful as well as the full hot breakfast in the morning. Location was great - just a short walk to the inner harbor and other sites. It's also pet-friendly and we will definitely bring our pup on our next visit.
“Would stay here again.”
We enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. The staff were very helpful concerning dining places and distance and directions from the hotel. Even though there was only valet parking, we found many places to see since the hotel is only 1 block from the inner harbor, so walking was not an issue. Getting the car would probably not have been difficult at all but we saw what we wanted. There seemed to be new updates throughout the hotel from the carpeting to the furniture. There was a big screen television in the room. The room looked out on the harbor and that was nice. The full breakfast and the cocktail hour on the 12th floor Cloud room was a nice extra, especially since it was free and unexpected and had a great view of the inner harbor. The city noises were there but not overwhelming so sleeping well was not a problem. The beds were comfortable and nicely appointed. Within walking distance from many attractions and restaurants.
“Enjoy my stay at Brookshire Suites”
Staff was exceptionally nice; location of hotel was ideal to the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards; breakfast was provided in a spacious dining area overlooking the harbor area.
“Can't Wait to Stay Again”
Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff was most friendly and attentive. The hotel was very well located within one block of the inner harbor and attractions. A great value for the dollar.
