We chose the property by its location, shuttle service to BWI, and positive experiences at other Radisson properties. Radisson properties have nice furnishings and finishes that are welcoming and clean. The service from the Front Desk was superlative! When faced with a late-arriving shuttle driver and 6 traveling patrons who had early flights to catch, the manager was courteous, friendly, and reassuring. She made a point of contacting the driver when it seemed he should truly have already arrived. She never shared the issue-- to uphold the driver's credibility, but all was quickly resolved, and all arrived at the airport in good time. We tipped the driver ($40 total) so that he could truly know his service was appreciated, needed, and valued even when early calls affect his lifestyle, cost him gas, etc., to be there!
