Staff was friendly and it was a quiet environment which was nice. Convenient location. Only complaints are There was no shampoo in the shower and there was some food on the floor beside the sofa. Overall it was a good stay,I would return.

The front desk staff are super helpful, including the bartender. The hotel itself is just ok. Sections of our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Additionally, the room could've used some maintenance. I doubt that I would stay here again, but I did appreciate the staff at least.

We stay here every time we fly out of BWI - it is close, conveient with great pick up and delivery to the airport. The hotel staff is great; the property is well-maintained as well as being quiet with a "safe" feeling.

Disappointment in Baltimore
I can't recall when I last checked into a hotel with this uninterested and unfriendly front desk staff. Chose this hotel for a short stay next to the airport so while we didn't expect much we had hoped that a Marriott family hotel would be better.

Meh.
Well for me all a good hotel needs is a good bed, good water pressure in the shower and a remote. TV wasn’t working. Streaming wasn’t working. They didn’t offer to change rooms. Came and looked at it and said “I’m not the cable guy”. Water pressure was meh. Bed was comfortable.

Charging $5 each for bottled water was excessive. The bathroom could have been cleaner. I had to wipe down the toilet seat when i first got there. Otherwise, a nice stay.

We we’re just staying here for part of a night so we would be close to the airport for an early Flignt the next morning. Overall, the property was ok. The staff was pleasant, and the room was clean. A few things to note that were less than desirable were that there was literally a car up on blocks in the parking lot right by the main entrance. It looked like the wheels had been stolen off of it. That doesn’t give you confidence that the area is safe, but it is Baltimore by BWI so it really isn’t a great area. They also informed us at check in that none of the TVs were working, there was a system problem. So much for watching the 4th quarter of the game. The room was like every Courtyard, but it was a little run down in places…like the shower fixtures were coming away from the wall, and the shower mechanism was sticking. For a place to stay close by to catch a flight it was fine, but definitely not the nicest Courtyard I’ve stayed at.
