Just say no.
They notified me the day before my trip that they would be closed for the entire time my reservation was for. They transferred my reservation to another hotel incorrectly and my 2 bed reservation for 3 people turned into a one bed reservation for one person. The whole weekend was ruined because we were searching for a hotel to accommodate 3 people.

I had this hotel booked for over two months and they called me 12 hours before my reservation to tell me they had to cancel due to renovations that they knew of for over a week. I asked them to accommodate me to another hotel (which they have to) and the front desk said give them 15 minutes. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK OR ANSWERED THE PHONE FOR THE REST OF THE NIGHT!!!! If it wasn’t for Expedia helping me change my reservation this hotel would’ve kept my money and refused to accommodate. THE WORST DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The hotel was incredibly spacious and clean. The price was great, they offered breskfast, and even let us check out late with no fee. My best friend and i went down for halloween at powerplant. Early in the morning on our last day (before 9am), i heard rummaging in the bathroom. Sounded like all my make up compacts were being moved around. I assumed it was my friend, so i let it go on for about 30s until i rolled over, and i saw my friend was in her own bed. As soon as i had rolled over in the covers, whoever was in our room immediate left. I told the front desk about this when i was checking out and he told me there was no way that could have happened. Also, let me tell you my friend and i had both of our hotel keys. The fact that he blew it off was so disappointing. Makes me think they really are part of the sex trafficking, as ive heard about hotels recently. Everything else was great, but that was just not okay. I will be getting an extra travel lock for hotel doors. Ladies, be safe please.

The room was quite spacious. The bed was comfortable and there was hot water. There was a cockroach in the bathroom the night I arrived and a bigger one the next morning. You can hear people talking in the corridor and the AC is quite loud. There are not dining places near the property. You will have to walk for 10-20 minutes to find a proper restaurant depending on your dietary restrictions. The wifi does not work on the fourth floor.

The area is unsafe at night time but there is security and the staff is very nice. The hotel is undergoing renovations in certain areas inside. It was quiet with church bells in the background. I liked the breakfast.

Everyone who I dealt with that works there was excellent. My only complaint is the bed was not comfortable at all. Other than that, I had an excellent experience.

Everything really good, except….
Nice room, excellent shower, clean. Neighborhood has a few sketchy looking areas nearby but never felt unsafe. Security is good. Good hot breakfast as well. Where it lacks a little, the service at breakfast was spotty with some eggs, cutlery and other supplies running low with nobody there to replenish. Wifi was terrible in our room. Very spotty access and was quick to drop. Had to walk up early in the am to access it reliably. So beware of that. Other than the wifi I would have no problems recommending this hotel. You get a lot for your money here, and the room was nice.

A tired but usable hotel
The hotel is generally tired and poorly maintained but usable. Our mattress had huge craters in it from previous sleepers. The WiFi was very weak.

The place had a very dirty feel to it. It had a weird smell. At random times in the morning when trying to sleep, there was a symphony of music each night I was there, full of base, clearly heard. The location of the place is great. I feel they can do more than the bare minimum to improve your stay. If you rent a car, expect a 15 dollar a day charge. I wasn't overly impressed. It got the job. Woke up feeling sick and just would rather stay somewhere else when I go back to Baltimore.

Decor well done. Parking convenient. Breakfast nobody was replenishing or cleaning off tables. Desk clerk had to get napkins & food when we asked.

Hotel needs work and updates
Stayed here for the Baseball payoffs and yes it was expected, but this hotel way over inflated there price per night. The hotel and rooms needs alot of updates for what they charged. Doors are chipped and warped. Floor tiles in the bathroom were missing grout and were pushing up from the floor. The room smelled bad. Remote for the TV was held together with tape. Stains on the towels in the bathroom and the sheets. its not as close as you think to the Inner Harbor if you plan on walking. All in all if you are on a budget and you find a room here for cheap then sure, other wise there are better hotels in the area.

Travelled for a two night stay and was disappointed with the all around experience, as I have stayed at several Sleep Inns and all have been very comfortable and well maintained. Issues were as follows: - first room had a non functional key entry mechanism so we had to be switched to another - parking is 15 dollars extra per night and the lot does not have nearly enough spaces. We had to park on the street for both nights and request a refund of the parking fee - pancake maker at breakfast was not functioning - tub faucet was broken and sprayed water when the shower was running causing decreased water pressure - you could feel every bit of the metal springs in the mattresses - unpleasant smells in the hallway and elevator In general, the hotel was unkempt, the staff didn’t seem invested in maintaining it up to standard and it was not worth nearly what they charged for the stay. We would not return in the future.

Pillows lumpier than a crab cake.
I booked this hotel based on its location to attend a concert. The check in was standard, but the desk attendant failed to inform me that a parking pass was $15. The hotel is clean and our room was spacious, but very drab. The bed and pillows were incredibly lumpy and uncomfortable. The breakfast was not what i expected based on the setup in the lobby and the coffee was undrinkable. This isn't the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, but i certainly wouldn't book here again.

The only two positives for this property is the low cost and it is within walking distance of Inner Harbor. Avoid staying here! The carpet looked dirty, the sofa was stained, the refrigerator had mold in it, and we feared using the coffee maker. There was a noise from the mechanical room all night a squeal). We were situated in the "basement" and had a street lamp shining in a high window all night. We slept in our clothes since we were concerned about the bedding and cleanliness. The front desk staff did not care or ask anything further when we mentioned the mold and things.
