Property Amenities
The Red Earth Spa offers head-to-toe treatments, regenerating baths, and the hotel's exclusive European line of Phytomer spa products. Treatments include couples, Swedish, Shiatsu, therapeutic, and sports massages; Vichy treatments; and manicures, pedicures, waxing, and facial treatments. A large spa tub, sauna, and separate workout room are also available. Yoga classes are offered twice weekly at the spa (mats are provided); class schedules are available for guests at check-in.
An on-site restaurant provides three meals daily as well as late-night snacks and drinks. Complimentary underground parking is available.
Concierge services and business services include faxing, copying, and printing. An Internet kiosk (surcharge) is located in the lobby. Guests can enjoy complimentary morning coffee in the lobby and receive discounts at area shops and restaurants.
Courtesy of the hotel, guests have complimentary access to the Banff Transit bus, which runs every 30 minutes from 7 AM to 10:30 PM daily (subject to change). The bus stops near downtown shops and restaurants, the Sulphur Mountain gondola, Upper Hot Springs, and the Banff Springs hotel.

The 4-story Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa offers 184 guestrooms accessed via elevators. Beds include feather-top mattress covers, down duvets, and 4 synthetic-down pillows. Decor includes landscape art, crown moldings, and contemporary wood furnishings. Complimentary wireless Internet access and local calls are available. Rooms include refrigerators and safes.

The Keg Steakhouse and Bar - This casual, lobby-level restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, as well as late-night meals and drinks. A well-known chain restaurant in Canada, the Keg specializes in steak and seafood but also offers vegetarian dishes. Diners can choose open seating or booths in rooms featuring mountain-inspired art, rock embellishments, and stained glass.
Recreation
This hotel has a full-service spa with six treatment rooms. Recreational amenities also include a large spa tub, sauna, and a fitness room with stationary bicycle, elliptical trainer, treadmill, free weights, and strength-training equipment. A yoga room offers classes twice weekly.
The hotel is across the street from a public park with a children's playground and picnic tables. The surrounding neighborhood features walking trails appropriate for running.

“Favourite hotel in Banff”
Staying at the Caribou is just so relaxing! Their rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel staff are always helpful.

“Fantastic Weekend”
My husband and I went to Banff to celebrate my birthday. We throughly enjoyed the experiance. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to tell us about attractions in and around the Banff area and when they opened and closed. The room was incredibly comfortable. The full breakfast buffet that was included in our package was incredible. We could not have asked for a better weekend.

“WOW! My new favourite Banff Hotel!”
This hotel room exceeded our expectations!!! The room had been renovated, and had a "nature-type" decor theme. Beautiful colors and relaxing atmosphere that mimics the beautiful outdoors (Banff). We have stayed in A LOT of Hotels in Banff. This is the only one we will continue to return to. We can't wait for our next trip to Banff. Just a tip (not a complaint): parking fills up quickly on a weekend night, check in early if possible. Great front desk staff, very polite and knowledgable. Also stunning lobby decor!
“Good value hotel”
We stayed for two nights at this hotel. Our room was a good size with two double beds.The beds were very comfortable. The Keg restaurant which is located in the hotel was good with lovely food.
“A nice hotel”
The experience of staying at Banff Caribou Lodge is a pleasant one. The location is good, not too far from downtown to walk there, not too close to downtown to be crowded. The bed is very comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful.
“Great staff, very cooperative, customer satisfaction intent”
Hotel was great. Expedia virtuals do not properly represent the rooms. Shows balconey doors in video for room when you have to request this amenity even with an upgrade. Expedia did not do this in my case but the hotel adjusted the request as soon as they had an opportunity.
“Good hotel in Banff”
Our stay at the Banff Caribou was a pleasant travel experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Having a restaurant in the hotel is a plus. We had one dinner and breakfast every morning. Each meal was prepared and presented well. We enjoyed our time in Banff and the Caribou helped make it a destination we will consider in future travel plans.

The hotel was convenient and staff was friendly and courteous.
