Staff service outstanding, particularly bellhop Jame, Chef Lek, and extraordinary waitstaff Nang. Nang knew to bring cappucino after I'm finished the fruit course of a delightful breakfast buffet from simple observation. Lek makes the finest three-egg omelets in Bangkok. Pool water temperature just perfect, and almost always deserted. No complaints and loads of praise.

Great hotel in good location
The room is very clean, comfortable and spacious, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located close to BTS station and a lot of restaurants, shopping and massage places. There are many nice bars around the area as well, will definitely come back again when I visit BKK again

Great stay! I loved Adelphi Grande - the staff, the cleanliness and the proximity to the main street and the shopping centre. My lovely housekeeper went above and beyond in showing me how to use the washing machine, bringing extra water bottles and a dryer too. Nobody can match the Thai customer service and warmth. You've won me over :-)

Very beautiful and clean hotel, would highly recommend. However the washer/dryer thats available only washes does not dry clothing. Had to leave off premises to find a place to dry clothing. Front desk clerk helped with finding a safe location. Overall pretty good hotel!!! Breakfast was hot and fresh and Sing was Such a gentlemen

The Adelphi Grande is a gorgeous hotel situated in a convenient location close to a variety of shopping, restaurants and transportation. What makes it extra special is their amazing staff. We were immediately warmly welcomed by James and Momay upon arrival, offering any assistance needed. The next day we encountered a problem with a flight booking we had made, and Pang and Rafa went above and beyond to assist us with our issue. It was really greatly appreciated. The staff's genuine hospitality is what makes the Aldelphi extra special. Highly recommended!

This hotel is a great option for an extended stay. The room has everything you need including a washing machine and detergent, dishes, soap/shampoo/conditioner, and even your own personal router for internet access which makes it simple to use things like Apple TV or Roku. Very close to the Phrom Pong BTS station and Emquartier mall. The breakfast is acceptable though nothing special. The only issue I had was that there were a few times it seems like the hot water ran out, but that didn't really matter to me since I could just wait a little longer to shower as I had nowhere to go due to the semi-lockdown of Bangkok at the time causing most things to be work remotely.

Great location. Very friendly staffs. Shower was the only problem. Although there were no shower curtains so every time after a shower the floor was soaking wet.Also temperature control was hard. It got cold and then real hot and kept repeating that several times...

It is located within 10 minutes walk to BTS and EMQ and the interiors must be newly redecorated. The room is spacious and bright. The wc is excellent with jap style i.e. seat warmer and auto wash, but the shower partition is inadequate and it is like it rained every time after shower. One ceiling light is fixed to the master light switch and cannot be turned off unless all lights off which is annoying. The staff are all very friendly and helpful which make for a great stay.

The deluxe studio is big, tidy & clean. The king size bed is very comfy & I have 4 pillows. Wifi connection is fast. Breakfast spread is good, too. The price from the hotel massage service is reasonably. The hotel staff are very polite & helpful. It takes about 8min walk from the hotel to Phrom Phong BTS station as well as EmQuartier & Emporium. There are some eateries & a supermarket near to the main road. Although it takes about 4min walk from the hotel to the main road but, at night the lane is really dark. It will be good if the hotel offers shuttle to/from EmQuartier. Other properties are providing such service for their hotel guests.

I would have given it a 5 instead of 4 if...
...it's pillows were not so tall, huge and hard. Other than that everything was great about this serviced apartment. Great service location and walkability in the area to BTS station, 2 malls, and it's great cleanliness. Breakfasts were acceptable but quite ordinary.
