The suite we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable - I love that it is hard floor instead of carpet. Feels cleaner. Bell men are very helpful, especially Mr. Awan (I think that is his name). There is a free tuk tuk to take you to the Silom station. Be aware that the taxi waiting outside the hotel gate refuses to run the meter so if you want a meter taxi you will need the bell man to call one for you.

We have stayed at Bandara many times over the last 15 years and it never disappoints. The location is very convenient to Silom shopping. The facilities are always well maintained and cared for. The staff are some of the nicest people you will ever meet, especially Kai the Manager and Mr Noom. The rooms are clean, have everything you could need and the pool is lovely. We will keep coming back!

The staff was truly amazing, our experience with Bell Captain and team was wonderful we were made to feel very special at all times. The Cafe staff went out of their way to make us welcome each time we were there. Rooms were spacious, toiletries were large and smelled good.

The property is well-cared for. Staff were attentive. The rooms could use a bit of artwork/color/flowers-they feel sterile. The tuk-tuk service should be increased-it is a bit of a walk to Silom and the rats, roaches and broken sidewalks along the way at night was not pleasant.'Best shower in my trip.

Bandara is like a second home. The staff are always the best ive ever met and dealt with. Im a marriott platinum and still choose the Bandara over the other hotels in Bangkok. The doorman mr noom has become a great friend and the rest of the staff are spectacular. I love the Bandara Silom. Even when i screw up my booking they have helped me out numerous times. Favorite hotel.

When we checked in the room we were given was old and not clean, nothing like the picture online. They did eventually move us to the main building but we should never have been given the first room.

Wonderful hotel. Rooms are great …but about a 15 minute walk on bumpy sidewalk to the main part of silom. Hotel provides a a free tuk-tuk to Silom…and taxis and tuk-tusk are cheap and plentiful

Bandara suites were brilliant. We were given an upgrade for a slightly larger family suite. The pool was small but big enough to enjoy. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and customer focused. All in all we had a great stay there and it was so easy to walk to Silom and get the Skytrain or MRT.

5 nights at Silom, Bangkok
Visited Bangkok for 5 days and Bandura Suite was an oasis of tranquility in the hecti ness of the city. The rooftop swimming pool was amazing. The gym a good size with a good range of machines. Our rooms was large and spacious with all the norm mod cons in excellent condition. The location was ideal, in the middle of Silom, close to subway stations, shopping mall and easy access to the sites and delights of the city. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Ate 2 meals at the hotel which was also very good.

We liked the clean, spacey and comfortable apartments with big windows to enjoy a spectacular view. Located in walking distance to BTS and MRT stations and to the relaxing Lumphini Park. We could even request a ride on the hotel-owned tuk-tuk to get to the stations nearby which made the stay even more convenient. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was very yummy. We both rated it at the best of our whole trip through Thailand. All in all even after brain storming we couldn't come up with anything they could make better. I have been a recurring customer of this hotel for the past 5 years. It has an excellent location, spacious rooms, and great services. The value for money and overall experience are exceptional. You don't need to spend more when you can get the best for less. While the hotel may not have the extravagant appearance of a 5-star establishment, the price and service make up for it.

Excellent, centrally located, spacious, clean, check-in available 24 hrs, staff easily accessible. 2 bedroom with 2 baths. Balcony with city views in the apartment. Enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend this place.

The staff at Bandara Suites are what elevate this hotel. Every person we interacted with, from security to front counter to room service to pool staff, were so polite and respectful. We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel and the food was excellent. Our room (in the residence tower) was huge, with a comfy bed and nice city views. A/C worked very well, and being able to do our laundry was a bonus. The pools were sparkling clean and refreshing. Trains were within walking distance and there were many restaurants nearby as well as a 7-11 (laundry powder 20 BHT). I would highly recommend Bandara Suites for longer stays in Bangkok.
