“it's really just...OK....”

The biggest issue here is housekeeping, I was expecting a bit more from the Citadines group. Things are simply not clean! Bedsheets don't get changed, towels are not being replaced regularly, toilets are not being cleaned daily, floors are not cleaned very well, stains all over the bathroom sinks.. We stayed at their 2 bedroom suite, the "guest bathroom" is rather strange, it has no towel rack and the water pressure/ hot water supply is very inconsistent. However... there are some great people working at this hotel, very helpful staff. The location is also great, free Tuk Tuk shuttle service to and from Nana station anytime of the day. It is really unfortunate that they have such a weak housekeeping team...
