Pros:
Overall stay was very pleasant from the welcome experience to throughout the entire stay. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Cons:
Breakfast selection daily was ok only. It could have been better if the food variety changes on a daily basis. For guests who stayed at Suites, they are entitled to executive lounge but the food variety option was terrible.

Fantastic location, within steps to the night market. Impeccable service and top notch experience during our stay. Great restaurant options as well as a 24 hour Starbucks. We would stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE, THE BEDS ARE SO DAMN HARD THAT YOU MIGHT AS WELL GRAB A PILLOW AND GO LAYDOWN ON THE SIDEWALK!

After the director of operations agreed to give me a refund she then sends an email once I was on my flight to tell now she couldn't give me my money! So now it's time to review!
I stayed in both suite types!
They're both trash!
The in room entertainment sucks!
And while they may smile they'll just do what they want once you leave and try to keep your money.
