Wow. Where to start? I will say this about Omni Tower, the rooms are big and its in a good location. The staff is friendly and helpful also. There was a good flat screen tv in the living room and the bedroom. The wifi worked well. Look, if you can't stand living with roaches, and I mean a lot of roaches, don't stay there. Infestation level problem. The lady that cleaned my room everyday was great, very nice, but overworked. The rooms are so big that she couldn't possibly keep up with the job. The first room I checked into was absolutely crawling with roaches and no wonder, the place was filthy. The first thing I noticed was someone had thrown a tomato or some food item against the wall. The remains were still on the wall with long streaks of dried juice going to the floor. The room had a kitchen but inside the cupboards it was more roaches and filth. I didnt want to drink out of any glass there or eat off of any plate. The spigot in the kitchen sink was not secured to the sink. You had to hold it and then turn on the water, same thing in the bathroom. The filthy ceiling was caving in, possibly from the weight of a million roaches on the other side. The large bed was just two smaller beds pushed together. The towels were clean but old. Roaches crawled into my luggage. I had them move me to another room that had considerably less bugs but still way too many. The windows hadn't been cleaned since 2004. The air con sounded like a battle tank in need of maintenance.
