“Great Hotel in a fantastic location”
Lovely Hotel, Fantastic location, would have been nice to have a Balcony, + patio heaters needed to enjoy the roof terrace at night. Really enjoyed our stay.

“Perfect Location”
The location of the hotel was perfect very close to catalunya square, central to everything you would want to see in Barcelona. On arrival we did find the room although clean was a smoking room. After a qucick call to reception we were in a non-smoking room in minutes. The staff at the hotel were excellent.
“No complaints at all about this hotel”
I booked this hotel as a last minute deal based largely on reviews from other websites. It was in a perfect location for walking down Ramblas and into the Gothic quarter and was extremely close to three metro stations for exploring more widely. The hotel was spotless and the room was amazing - beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable with a lovely balcony and views of the city. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful.

The location was superb, conveniently located near the city center and all connections (buses, subways, sightseeing excursions, airport transfer), yet was quiet, modern, comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

“fab hotel in great location,”
this is a lovely hotel, the staff are all really friendly, although my spanish is poor they spoke english well. they were able to help as the airline lost my bag. free internet access makes life that bit easier these days. breakfast really was contenental, they tryed to accomodate all tastes, from cereal to cold meats, to fry up, to toast, to yogurt. will definetly stay here again if im back in barcelona and i certainly hope i am as its a great city. only issues, one lift. and one point lost on cleanliness due to a really minor thing.

Very clean hotel with modern amenities. Champagne upon arrival and complimentary robes and slippers for use during stay. Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Well situated about 400 feet from Plaza Catalunya and the Rambla. The amazing breakfast alone is well worth the stay here. The restaurant located in the lower level is a hidden gem for its selection of dishes and price and should be more highly promoted by the hotel.
“Best location and very clean”
This hotel is the perfect location for good restaurants, transportation, tour buses, train, metro and shopping. Everything is within 1 block away. The staff especially Erika from the front desk is very helpful. Made good recommendations for Tapas and even made reservations for us for dinner. I highly recommend this hotel. The room is a bit small but the cleanliness and the big bathroom makes up for it. This is more convenient, safer and quiet than the Las Ramblas area that we stayed in before. I made a note to stay here again next time we visit.
“Clean and Convenient”
H10 Universitat was modern and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and spoke multiple languages. It is convieniently located near Placa Catalunya where multiple Metro lines and Bus lines converge. There are also many shops and restaurants nearby.
